Executive transition is one of Crenshaw’s core competencies, and we are fully invested, proactive partners in the transition process. We have deep experience in helping executives move in public, private, and PE-owned environments.
We take a strategic approach that starts by helping Clients articulate their long-range goals including a host of professional and personal elements. We then create a “Personalized Marketing Plan” that details the executional steps we will follow in achieving our goal, and we proactively execute the elements of the marketing plan.
Crenshaw’s process is highly individualized for each Client and is led by peer-level Advisors and Mentors who know the terrain well. We utilize a hand-chosen cadre of external Experts on topics such as communications/interviewing, social media, executive image, compensation, and legal/contract support.
Most importantly, we coach every Client on an ongoing basis throughout the transition and for the First 100 Days into the new job, to ensure he/she takes hold in a fast and effective way.
