Crenshaw was founded in 1982 by Barbara Crenshaw to support senior executives in transition. Since then, our Company has expanded to address the leadership development of senior executives through assessment, coaching, team alignment, succession readiness, and board optimization.
Crenshaw’s expertise enables the scaling of leadership excellence in leading public and PE-owned corporations by aligning 3 key factors: strategy, talent, and culture.
