Dr. Alan Siegel has over 25 years of experience as an organizational psychologist and executive coach. As an Executive Coach for Crenshaw, he partners with senior leaders to achieve their individual development goals and implement leadership assessment, development, and succession programs.
Alan has worked with global leaders across industry sectors and business functions. He has led large-scale engagements focused on change management and organizational design and facilitated operational improvement and strategic team alignment initiatives.
Alan holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University and is certified in the use of a variety of prominent leadership assessment tools. He is a Newfield Coaching Program graduate.
