Annie Marks is an Executive Coach for Crenshaw Associates with over 20 years of experience in executive development, organizational design, and change management. She helps executives optimize the most critical components of their leadership success, including the ability to communicate, collaborate, make tough decisions, grow an organization, and effect change.
Previously, Annie was a consultant with Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting in their Strategy, Organization, and People Practice where she oversaw multiple large-scale change management teams on projects involving the implementation of new technologies, structures, and strategies.
Annie has received her MBA in Management/Marketing at New York University’s Stern School of Business and her MA in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University’s Teachers College. Annie is certified in the Myers-Briggs Assessment instrument.
