Barb Bridendolph is CEO of Crenshaw Associates, the country’s premier human capital boutique that supports the highly-nuanced leadership and career development needs of senior-level executives. Barb leads all operations of the firm as well as the Career Transition and Executive Development practices. She is an experienced Executive Advisor and has worked with 200+ Directors, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, GCs, Division Presidents, and functional heads across various industries.

Barb started her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. She then served as SVP of Marketing for retailer Carroll Reed where she had P&L responsibility for the catalog business. Barb was also President of Precision Marketing Associates, a leading agency in the direct response industry.

She has an MBA from Penn State and a BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
