Bill Glenn is Crenshaw’s Executive Chairman. Sharing knowledge gained as a public Director, CEO, and President, he is active in guiding the firm’s long-term vision for growth and serving as a mentor to the firm’s most senior clients,
Bill is particularly engaged with CEOs, CHROs, and Directors on matters that involve the intersection of talent, corporate strategy, and execution.
He holds a board leadership role with Ceras Health and is a Trustee of The Boys and Girls Club of America. He was recently an Independent Director for lululemon.
Prior to Crenshaw, Bill was the CEO of American Express’ $2B Global Buisness Travel – a 100% spin off from AXP. Earlier Bill was an executive officer and president of 3 businesses at American Express. Before that , Bill was a division president at Pepsi and started his career at Procter and Gamble in sales.
