Bob Ryan

Executive Coach

Robert J. (Bob) Ryan is an Executive Coach at Crenshaw Associates.  He is known as a gifted listener and go-to-coach for all levels in an organization. He has been described as “captain of the team, a master of common sense and the last guy off the ice.”

During his corporate career, Bob had extensive operating and HR experience, including general management/P&L roles, plant management and responsibility for global HR.  His corporate roles were at P&G, Bombardier, Griffith Labs, and Tate and Lyle.

Bob is a graduate of the Hudson Institute Coaching Program and a member of the International Coach Federation.  He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in Canada.
