Brian S. Cousin is a Partner at Dentons, the largest law firm in the world. He is also a leading expert on Governance as well as the leader of Dentons’ Global Employment and Labor practice. In addition to governance matters, Brian focuses on employment litigation and counseling, ERISA and benefits litigation, commercial and financial litigation, executive contract negotiations, and international arbitration.
Brian partners with Crenshaw Associates as a subject matter expert in our Directorship Prep Program. He provides a customized board briefing program for aspiring Directors that focuses on the fiduciary duties, rights, and responsibilities of a corporate director.
Brian holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and a BA from Columbia University.
