Eileen Springer coaches C-suite executives and senior leaders in corporations and professional services firms. Current engagements include coaching in the areas of leadership, conflict resolution, performance improvement, communication skills, OnBoarding, career transitions, and team coaching.
Eileen’s work with clients is based on 25 years of experience leading HR and Talent Management teams and advising senior executives in large global companies. Before transitioning her career to executive coaching, Eileen served as the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development at Compass Group, N.A., the sixth largest employer in the world.
Eileen earned her BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Columbia University.
