Executive Coach
Makeda Brown is an Executive Coach with Crenshaw Associates. She has over 20 years of experience as a coach, trusted advisor and business partner to senior executives in Finance, IT, R&D, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Legal and HR. She also has deep experience coaching executives through change management efforts, increasing team effectiveness, DEI strategies and implementation enabling the achievement of business objectives. Makeda has worked in sectors including Technology, Food/Hospitality and Pharmaceuticals/Biologics/Life Sciences.
Makeda is an active member of several business and people strategy associations including the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy (PSPS) and the Association of Talent Development (ATD). She has served on the Boards of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Philadelphia Chapter and Kencrest Services for the differently abled. Makeda earned a M.S. degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a B.S. degree in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University.
