Margaret Gramann is the Chief Commercial Officer for Crenshaw Associates. Margaret’s role at Crenshaw is to advance executive talent management by delivering talent intelligence to CHROs and their teams and one-on-one development and career support to executives. Margaret’s mandate is to design programs for her clients that are grounded in data and insights, with a delivery model that provides expert support and thought partnership.

Prior to joining Crenshaw, Margaret was a Partner with DHR International, the sixth largest globally retained executive search firm. Margaret holds an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Marketing from Minnesota State University.
