Dr. Steve Axelrod is recognized as an expert on the powerful influence of a leader’s psychological dynamics on organizational performance. His book, Work and the Evolving Self (1999, Analytic Press), was chosen as a selection by the Behavioral Science Book Club.
Steve received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Ph.D. in psychology from New York University. He has a certificate in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis from New York University where he is on the adjunct faculty teaching a course in organizational consultation.
