Executive Coach
Supriti Bhandary is an Executive Coach with Crenshaw Associates. Combining 25+ years in global HR leadership roles and serving on the Boards of two public companies, she draws on a deep understanding of organizational context, personality and motivation, to have powerful, solution focused conversations with clients.
Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Supriti held several leadership roles in her career in Human Resources. She has worked and led teams in USA, South America, Europe and Asia. She served as Vice President- HR at Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT), where she worked for over 18 years, helping the company scale to 150,000 employees. Supriti earned her Master’s in Personnel Management & Industrial relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). She is an Accredited Coach from the Post Graduate program in Executive Coaching from CFI.
