Barb Bridendolph

As CEO of Crenshaw Associates, Barb Bridendolph advises C-level executives on a broad range of talent matters. She also oversees client relationships, services development and delivery, and the business development initiatives of the firm. Barb has been with Crenshaw for over 20 years. She is known for her business acumen, effective people skills, broad industry relationships, and her ability to bring out the best in her coaching clients. Following a career that included P&L roles in public, private, and family-owned businesses, Barb built Crenshaw into the full-service human capital firm it is today. In addition to career transition, she led the launch of executive coaching, individual and team assessment, onboarding and directorship prep. She also expanded the suite of career transition programs to include specialties in private equity and portfolio career options. Barb holds her Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
