Beth Simermeyer

Beth Simermeyer is an Executive Coach who combines her 30+ years of general management and marketing leadership in Fortune 500 companies with coaching expertise to help clients accelerate their performance.  Beth’s extensive experience, including successfully leading a large portfolio and team through the pandemic, enables her to clearly understand the complex business environment leaders face.

Of note is her extensive global leadership at Ecolab, S. C. Johnson and Procter & Gamble, where she led teams from the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Most recently she successfully led a $2B portfolio of businesses and a team of 2500.
