Bill Koch

An Executive Advisor with more than 25 years of C-level executive leadership experience. Bill advises and coaches executives in private equity and the Fortune 500 to become highly effective leaders. His methods and systems lead to heightened self-awareness for his executive clients and result in peak performance for the organizations they lead.  In working with Bill, executives shift their posture from achieving (short term focus) to leading for the long run. Bill’s business background includes serving as President of a division of AMR Corp., a Fortune 50 public company, and CEO of multiple large private enterprises primarily in the avionics industry. Bill has extensive experience developing portfolio businesses under private equity sponsorship and has also been at the helm of companies involved in more than $1 billion in M&A transaction value.  

Bill brings all of his personal CEO and Board experience to his Advisory work.  His business acumen helps C-Suite executives, C-Suite succession candidates, and High Potential individuals drive strategy and execution. He also has extensive experience with successful On-Boarding engagements for executives new to their organizations and the newly-promoted.
