Eileen Springer

Executive Coach

Eileen coaches C-suite executives, senior leaders and emerging leaders in corporations and professional services firms. Current engagements include coaching in the areas of leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), performance improvement, communication skills, on-boarding, career transitions and team coaching. She also provides HR advisory services, primarily in organization design, talent acquisition and succession planning. 

Eileen’s work with clients is based on 30 years of experience leading HR and Talent Management teams and advising senior executives in large global companies.  Before transitioning her career to executive coaching, Eileen served as the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development at Compass Group, N.A.; the sixth largest employer in the world. At Compass Group, Eileen provided internal coaching for senior executives in food services and healthcare, oversaw the recruitment of over 10,000 professionals/year, redesigned the succession and performance management processes and transformed the approach to learning and leadership development. 

Before that, Eileen worked for Pitney Bowes Capital Services and Citibank, where she held a multitude of roles up to and including VP of Human Resources. With deep experience supporting financial services businesses, Eileen was a HR Business Partner and Talent Specialist in investment banking, leasing, cash management, trade finance and securities services.

She received her B.S. in Industrial Relations from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Columbia University.
