Jennifer is an Executive Advisor and Resilience Expert with Crenshaw Associates. With her global experience and unique ability to align diverse stakeholders, Jennifer’s integrated approach develops leaders while enabling productive dialog. She is the creator of RapidOD, a collaborative fast approach to organization restructuring, and leads highly charged workshops on Influence & Adaptive Leadership, Resilience, Driving Sustainable Change, and Managing in a Matrix.
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Jennifer has worked with entire leadership teams as well as officers and directors of many Fortune 500 and mid-size companies. She is known for repositioning personal brands, driving behavior change and increasing a senior leader’s ability to drive performance through others. Her book, Resilience: It’s Not About Bouncing Back (Best Seller Publishing) is an international best seller.
Jennifer is a former Partner with Cambridge Leadership Group, was VP Leadership Development & Learning for Bank of America and has held several other senior roles in Learning, Organization & Leadership Development at AutoZone and Coca-Cola Enterprises. She has led large-scale initiatives including mergers, restructurings, and talent and performance-management programs.
Her approach resonates well with C-Level Executives as an experienced facilitator of complex strategy, team development and issues resolution sessions, in addition to one-on-one coaching engagements. She is a Strategic Partner with University of Georgia Executive Education, an Advanced Practitioner in Adaptive Leadership, and a member of the Adaptive Leadership Network at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
