Joyce Brown

Joyce Brown is a Client Advisor and supports Crenshaw clients in transition. She brings extensive line leadership experience to the career support she provides senior executives and has helped hundreds of clients proactively manage and retool their careers through professional development guidance and skill mastery programs. Her client list spans multiple industries, including wholesale, retail, professional consulting services, luxury goods, beauty & personal care, medical technology, healthcare, construction, and publishing. She specializes in clients seeking to leverage their skills in shared services, operations, manufacturing, supply chain/logistics and project & program management in order to advance their careers. 

Prior to joining Crenshaw, Joyce was Managing Director of W.W. Mentorprises, Inc., a Global Registered Education Provider for the Project Management Institute (PMI) ® specializing in business strategy, organizational transformation, operations management, and professional development. In this role she created more than 20 academic and professional development programs that she delivered for universities, organizations, and professional associations on topics such as risk management, leadership & communications, information systems, and project & program management. 

Previously, Joyce spent over 15 years in senior level operations roles with renowned luxury brands Cartier, Yurman Designs, Richemont, and Vendome Luxury Group.  Earlier, Joyce led several retail/wholesale operations consulting engagements for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. 

Joyce’s background as an educator and operations leader brings a unique value to the Crenshaw client experience. She creates a program structure and pace for her clients with a clearly defined roadmap where expectations are set, and accountability is consistently managed. She has seen clients who are at a crossroad in their careers make monumental changes that have set them on a more fulfilling path, and her investment in each client helps them prepare confidently for a successful landing. 

Joyce holds an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University and a BA from Vanderbilt University.
