Executive Coach
Judy Issokson is an Executive Coach at Crenshaw Associates. Judy works with organizations to improve leadership performance, align people and processes, identify emerging issues, and assess the effectiveness of organizational interventions.
She works directly with executive teams, senior staff, and line managers facing diverse strategic business challenges such as unprecedented growth, dramatic market shifts, mergers and acquisitions, and developing the next generation of leaders. She adapts quickly to the dynamics of each engagement—functioning as consultant, coach, facilitator, program designer, or advisor.
Judy brings over 20 years of industry and technical services experience in small, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies including Netgear, Apple, Intuit, MARTA, BP, and Hewlett-Packard. She also provides consulting to non-profit, NGO, and government organizations including the United Nations, San Diego Humane Society, Fuse Corps, and The Honor Foundation on issues relating to leadership development, organizational change, translating relevant experiences between sectors, and coaching people in career transition.
Judy earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Masters in Education from Northeastern University. Her BS is in English Education from Boston University. She holds a Professional Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Judy is certified to facilitate Myers-Briggs assessments, Team Management Systems, Facet5, Systemic Team Coaching, TrustWorks, Authentic Leadership, Judgment Index, and Emotional Competency Inventories.
Judy is a former board member-at-large of Organization Development Network San Diego and a member of American Psychological Testing (APT). She is also a charter member of STEP, a consortium of education professionals in Fortune 500 companies. She previously taught Succession Planning and Career Development at the University of California, San Diego.
