Keith Warburton is Crenshaw’s Global Business Cultures Expert, specializing in the impact cross-border cultural differences and global communication issues can have on leadership and global effectiveness and efficiency in a variety of hybrid working environments. He creates customized, blended cultural awareness training programs to assist organizations working across cultures, geography, and languages to develop cultural fluency, improve their ability to work in global virtual teams, and navigate the challenges of transitioning to a hybrid future.

After a 20-year career at the C-level across the world, Keith has been the founder and CEO of Global Business Culture in Europe for almost 30 years. He has consulted with, trained, and mentored large companies, professional service firms, governments, and higher education in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America at the manager and C-suite levels. He was also the catalyst behind Global Business Compass, the leading digital platform for developing greater levels of global cultural fluency and effectiveness for organizations and individuals.

Keith is internationally recognized as an expert in his field and is a frequent keynote speaker on the international corporate conference circuit. He is known for his practical application to tackling global cultural differences, informed by his vast cultural knowledge and communication skills.

Keith has a BA in English Literature from the University of Hull in England.
