As an Executive Coach, Kimberley Suter has more than 20 years of senior human resources and consulting experience in leadership assessment, integration and development, executive/organizational development, and change management. She has worked across industries and supported numerous global C-Suite executives and organizations dealing with strategic business changes, including new market growth and restructuring.
Prior to her work with Crenshaw, Kim held senior HR leadership positions with numerous financial services companies in the US and Canada (Merrill Lynch, The Toronto Stock Exchange and Citibank), as well as a global business solutions technology company and a large academically affiliated hospital. In addition to her leadership of HR functions, Kim has consulted with a wide variety of organizations and global leaders – helping them successfully hire, integrate and develop senior leadership talent.
Kim has coached a broad range of CEOs and senior business leaders – helping them achieve their full potential and manage critical organization and business initiatives. Kim’s specialist expertise in executive integration has resulted in the successful onboarding of numerous newly promoted/hired senior business leaders.
Her work with organizations is based on 20+ years of experience leading global HR and Talent Management organizations. She has designed and led the implementation of comprehensive leadership programs to integrate and develop executive talent across numerous global organizations. These programs include; new manager onboarding/integration, standardized performance benchmarks and career development models.
