Magdalena Wojdat

Magdalena is the Client Services Director for Crenshaw Associates. Magdalena's role at Crenshaw is to lead business development and client management for the firm, building relationships with executive clients and ensuring the delivery of Crenshaw's talent solutions. Magdalena brings 20 years of experience across the human capital services landscape, spanning executive search, executive assessment, outplacement and coaching, and HR business partner roles, with a consistent business development focus throughout her career. A boomerang employee, Magdalena previously held project management roles at Crenshaw earlier in her career. Over the course of her career, she has worked in the US, Poland, and the UK, and is currently based in New York. Magdalena is a certified assessor and holds an MSc in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University in London.
