Rebecca Levine, PhD

Dr. Rebecca Levine is an Organizational Psychologist and Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience in the field of talent management, specializing in the use of assessments for the selection and development of senior executives, succession planning, and coaching.

Rebecca has had leadership positions at Fox Entertainment Group (now a Walt Disney Co.), where she ran OD offerings across the organization as the VP of Organization Development and Training, and at PepsiCo, where she assessed and delivered feedback to PepsiCo’s most senior leaders and oversaw leadership programs for key talent across the enterprise. Prior to PepsiCo, she was a leadership and selection consultant at Aon Hewitt, working with clients in technology, hospitality, and finance.

Rebecca holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Columbia Business School, and a B.A. in English, with Distinction, from Stanford University. She is a graduate of the ICF certified Hudson Executive Coaching Program and is certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment Suite, SHL OPQ, Emotional Intelligence: EQ-i 2.0, MBTI and the Birkman Signature.
