Sherry is an accomplished executive coach and psychologist with over 25 years of experience. She is known for a high degree of warmth, business savvy, and urgency for results. She connects readily with leaders to candidly assess individual, team, or organizational needs as well as possibilities shaped by competing priorities.
Sherry’s coaching approach is strengths-based and relationship oriented, emphasizing self-determination and awareness of competing priorities which generally includes delving into personal life/goals/values. In business settings, her coaching blends awareness of business goals and human behavior. Sherry’s clinical populations have included executives, rising business and university leaders. Her experience in medical/healthcare settings has included executive development and conflict resolution in multiple healthcare businesses, strategic planning for a statewide health consortium, instruction of Pharm.
