Toni Booker

Toni Booker is an Executive Coach with Crenshaw Associates. She leverages extensive HR experience as a trusted advisor to gain coaching success with C-suite leaders and ascending vice presidents.  Her senior leadership and multi-industry experience affords both insight and understanding of organizational dynamics, what it takes to lead at the top, and how to facilitate lasting change. Results include client achievement of organizational goals and readiness for more senior roles. 

Toni’s practice focuses on elevating leadership for greater agility in navigating corporate landscapes, growing skills to advance to the next level, and pivoting for role transition. Her coaching is based upon a cognitive behavioral approach to help leaders gain self-awareness, reimagine existing behaviors, and develop actionable strategies for real-time solutions. Clients include executives in professional services, health care, beauty, banking, manufacturing, publishing, education, and faith-based organizations. 

Prior to coaching, Toni served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a 6-hospital health care system in Western New York where she introduced executive coaching, built a high-performance HR team, and drove people strategies for high-impact culture change. She held previous senior HR roles with Time Warner Inc., The Worth Collection, Citigroup, and Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank. 

Toni received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with concentrations in Sociology and Black Studies from Swarthmore College. She also completed the Managing Health Care Delivery Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
